Indiana Driving Record Data is presented for either 7 or 10 years, depending on the type of record ordered. The length of time a suspension is reported will vary.
Indiana driving records does not report non-moving violations on the public record. Indiana does display all accidents as received by the Indiana State Police on the Official Driving Record. Although the state does not permit driver school attendance in lieu of conviction, it does require a Defensive Driving Course in certain instances.
The points are active on the record for a 2-year period; however, they then become inactive and the conviction stays on the public record for a 7-year period.
