The length of time that convictions are shown on a Delaware driving record is:
All moving violation convictions are reported on the Driving Record.
The length of time that convictions, DUIs and suspension are listed on the Driving record is three years, and 10 years for CDL.
Accidents are reported only when a conviction is rendered. The record contains address, height, weight and DOB. The SSN is not released.
The state does not permit Defensive Driver School attendance in lieu of conviction, but one may earn a three-point credit once every three years for attendance.
