Arkansas Driving Record Content Information Provided on the MVR

Violations on an interstate (not exceeding 75 mph) are not reported on an insurance record, but are listed if the record is requested for
employment or law-enforcement purposes.

An accident will appear on the record only if the driver is at fault. Records contain the address and DOB, the SSN and the person’s race or sex are not.

The length of time convictions are shown on the driving  record is:

Minor moving violations
Three years.
DWI  - Three years for employment or insurance purposes, retained indefinitely for departmental purposes.
Suspensions  -  Indefinitely—until requirements are met.
