Arizona Driving Record Content Information Provided on the MVR

Arizona Driving records contain address, height, weight, and DOB. Violations disposed by the court are not reported on the driving record. Parking violations are not listed either, but may be in the near future.

Accidents are not required to be reportedby police to the Motor Vehicle Division. A citation for “Speed Greater Than Reasonable and Prudent” allows the police officer to cite for speed due to conditions rather than specific miles per hour over limit. This cite is frequently used with accidents.
